AV Supplier requires evidence, and is allowed to tacitly assume, that the client’s insurance fully covers the equipment referred to in the provided quotation (and any subsequently agreed additions thereto) for its replacement cost new. The client is aware of the fact that he / she is responsible for damages or loss of any equipment during transport, setup, show and de-rig, unless there is gross negligence on the part of the AV Supplier.

If you do not have insurance to cover your event, there are many organisations that can assist you with one off insurance policies. We recommend checking with your own insurance company for the conditions of an events insurance. When requesting insurance, please let us know before you contact external companies and we can give you a total insurable cost for equipment and services.
