Adamson CS10 Support Frame
The use of line array speakers only really comes into its own when it's used in a configuration with larger number of speaker cabinets. You often see these types of speakers hanging underneath each other in a so-called 'banana'. Positioning is extremely important with this type of speakers and that is why suspending a speaker array is often preferred over stacking. However, to attach these speakers to a hoist or truss, a special support bracket is required. This support bracket ensures a secure connection between the shackle and upper line array speaker. This is important, because a very large number of Adamson CS10 or S10 speakers can be suspended underneath each other on the suspension point. We recommend that these support brackets are only used by AV professionals. The use requires expertise in audio and rigging. For safety reasons it is not suitable for laymen.
Mounting the support frame
You can easily mount this support bracket to the top line array speaker with the well-known line array locking pins. Each support frame is equipped with two lifting plates that can be attached over the depth of the bracket according to preference, with locking pins as well. You use these lifting plates in combination with a shackle for attachment to a hoist or truss. These shackles are not included in the rental of the frame. By using locking pins, no tools are required to attach the support bracket to the hoist or to the speaker.

Do you have no affinity with rigging and the requirements that come with it? We recommend to always call in an expert. Suspending audiovisual material is only allowed in accordance with strict guidelines. Safety is compromised if this is not done adequately.
