Due to the fact that this microphone stand has a weighted base but no boom, the performer or singer can stand very close to the microphone stand. This saves a lot of space without sacrificing sound quality or ease of use. The whole microphone stand weighs just 3.74 KG and has a rubber anti-vibration ring under the base, so that it does not resonate on stage.

Usage
