Organising a convention or seminar doesn't limit itself to the speeches of the headliners only. Networking during this type of event has become just as important. Sponsors have become increasingly important. To give those sponsors a platform, they often get a space in a lobby or special room to promote their company. A min-fair as it were. With multiple sponsors it's easy to loose a holistic look for your event. A dedicated exhibition pipe & drape booth lay-out for the sponsors makes sure that the integrity of the event remains in tact.

Pipe & Drape Booth 

For this purpose, we offer the 'ready-to-use' booths. This enables you to supply booth holders with a quick and affordable booth space. The sponsors can have their own products and services displayed without losing that holistic look for your event. These booths are put together based on pipe & drape materials. This makes the pipe & drape booth size adjustable. The basics per booth is a footprint of 3 meters wide and 3 meters deep. The back curtain is 4 meters high. The sides are 120 cm high. This still gives a spacious feel to the room.

Different booth dimension?

Of course we can adjust any booth size. The above-mentioned dimensions are based on the most regular used setups. We can tailor the booth to the event venue. Making them smaller or larger depending on the venue specifics and your requirements. Do you rather have a more closed booth layout? We offer a similar version with high sides as well.
