This printer set is perfectly suitable for business events. The heavy duty printer in combination with a reliable Windows laptop are meant to support you during the hectic times of an event. This ICT combination is often utilised in a backoffice or production office. But can also be used at the welcome desk for event registration.

What's included in the printer set?

The base of this set is the HP LaserJet Pro CP5225 Laserprinter, which can print on A4 and A3 paper. Also other formats like A5, A6, B4, B5, C5 and DL are possible. A4 can be printed at 20 pages a minute and A3 can be printed at 10 pages a minute. When hired at our rental shop, the set comes including a 500 page pack of A3 and A4 paper. Therefore the printer set is ready to use. Do you expect to need more paper? Please indicate your needs during your enquiry and we will add the needed paper to your rental quote. Next to the printer, the set also includes a Windows laptop. With the laptop you can generate the print jobs. The only software available on this laptop is Microsoft Office consisting of Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Are you only looking for the printer? You can also rent this item separately.

MacBook or Windows laptop 

The includes a Windows laptop. However we can imagine that you rather use an Apple MacBook instead. No problem. If you indicate your preference we will make sure the set comes with an Apple MacBook instead of the Windows laptop.
