Sound System 50 People

This compact sound system is perfectly suitable for parties and gatherings with up to 50 people, as well as for speeches and presentations. This set can be used in many different settings. You can, for example, even use it as a monitor set for a band, or as a DJ monitor for a DJ.

Hooking up the sound system

The sound system is delivered with stands and cables, meaning that everything you need to use it is included. The cable that it comes with is 10 metres in length. This gives you the freedom to place the speakers wherever you need them to be. Please be advised that the cables have a professional 3 pronged XLR connector. It is of course possible to connect these speakers using a 6.3 mm jack or an RCA connector. Please state your preference when booking.

Amplification

The LD Systems Stinger serie speakers are active. This means that the amplifier is built into the speaker. This means that you do not have to use an external amplifier.

Connecting the sound source

It is possible to connect different playback devices to this audio set. This includes telephones, tablets, laptops, microphones, and media players. Please be aware that you can only connect these devices when also using a mixing panel or mixing table. Without either of these items, it will be impossible to connect! We always recommend taping cables down, as well as ensuring that the speaker stands aren't too close to dancing audience members. This ensures optimum safety for your guests.

Mixing Panel

In order to connect devices or microphones, you will require a mixing panel. This allows to control not only the volume, but the sound colour according to your wishes.
