Who doesn’t love a good glow in the dark/blacklight/white clothing party? Now ask yourself if those parties would have been the same without the UV blacklight lighting. This UV light causes all white, neon, and fluorescent colours to glow. It’s almost as if those colours come to life under this light!

How many fixtures?

We understand that it is difficult to estimate the correct number of lamps for your event. A house party obviously requires much less light than a blacklight volleyball or badminton tournament. In order to advise you and provide the right number of products, we kindly request that you send a photograph of your location to us.

LED

These lights have a COB LED unit. Therefore there is no warm-up time and a lower power usage than the conventional blacklight guns. Be careful! There are many varieties of LED bulbs on the market today, but these products often don’t give off real UV light. Instead, they will give off a purple glow. This doesn’t result in a blacklight effect: white, neon, and fluorescent colours will NOT glow. However with our COB LED Blacklights this 'glow in the dark' effect is guaranteed.

Tips

Darkness

Darkening the space is extremely important for the result of the blacklight effect. The darker the space, the better the effect.

Placement

The placement of the blacklight is very important for the effect. The fittings come standard with a mounting hook. In some locations it may not be possible to hang the light up. However, it is always possible to rent a stand so that the light can still be placed in the desired location.
